Example of bad discussion is so messy. Everyone become emotionally and they don't listen to other's opinion at all. They speak what they think separately. The discussion don't progress eventually. The other example is that the leader presides at the discussion well. They listen carefully and react rationally. It is important to try to gather everyone's opinion.
